Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Powrdeck, owned and operated by Kofel Services & Repairs LLC, we take great pride in providing a safe, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for all customers purchasing heavy-duty equipment. Because our product line includes large machines such as generators, trailers, snow blowers, lifts, mowers, and other freight-grade equipment, our shipping processes follow strict logistical and safety standards to ensure every order arrives in optimal condition.
Flat-Rate Freight Shipping – $299 Nationwide
All Powrdeck orders ship with a flat-rate freight delivery fee of $299 anywhere within the mainland United States (excluding restricted locations listed below). This fee covers:
- Professional freight handling
- Secure product preparation and palletization
- Carrier appointment scheduling
- Safe curbside delivery
- Heavy equipment transport compliance
This single rate ensures fair, predictable pricing no matter the size or weight of your order.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders typically ship within 10–16 business days depending on:
- Product size and weight
- Warehouse workload
- Inventory availability
- Freight carrier scheduling
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Oversized or special-order items may require additional handling time.
Large Freight Shipments (No Tracking Numbers Provided)
Because we ship heavy equipment using LTL and commercial freight carriers, tracking numbers are not always available. These carriers operate differently from UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Instead, Powrdeck provides:
- A shipping confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse.
- A phone call directly from the freight carrier to schedule your delivery appointment.
- Delivery windows based on the carrier’s route and schedule.
Delivery Requirements
- An adult 18 years or older must be present at delivery.
- Freight delivery is curbside only (drivers do not move the equipment past the drop-off point).
- Customers are responsible for safely moving equipment onto their property after delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States.
We cannot ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
- PO Boxes
- APO / FPO military addresses
A valid physical address is required for all freight deliveries.
Inspecting Your Shipment
Because heavy equipment can be damaged in transit, inspection at the time of delivery is essential.
Before signing the delivery receipt:
- Inspect all sides of the crate, box, or pallet.
- Look for dents, tears, punctures, or crushed areas.
- Take photos before accepting if anything looks suspicious.
If damage is visible:
- Refuse delivery immediately.
- Write the damage on the freight bill.
- Take photos and contact Powrdeck within 24 hours.
If damage is discovered after delivery:
Report it to Powrdeck within 24 hours.
After this period, freight companies may reject claims, limiting our ability to assist.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Freight shipments rarely become “lost,” but delays can occur due to:
- Weather or natural disasters
- Carrier route changes
- Supply chain backlogs
- Incorrect delivery information
- Seasonal surges
If your order exceeds the estimated timeframe, contact Powrdeck and we will coordinate directly with the freight company on your behalf.
Order Changes & Address Corrections
Freight carriers charge significant rerouting fees once an item is in transit.
To avoid additional charges:
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
- Contact us immediately if you need to request a correction.
Address changes after dispatch are not always possible and may incur additional costs charged by the carrier.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Be available for scheduled delivery appointments
- Inspect shipments before accepting
- Notify Powrdeck promptly of any issues
Failure to meet these responsibilities may limit our ability to support claims or reshipments.
