1. What products does Powrdeck sell?

2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 10–16 business days depending on the product, inventory status, and freight carrier schedules.
Large items require freight handling, which may add additional time.
3. Do you provide tracking numbers?
For freight shipments, we do not provide traditional tracking numbers because LTL carriers operate differently from parcel couriers.
Instead:
- You receive an email when your order ships
- The freight carrier calls you directly to schedule delivery
This ensures safe delivery and proper inspection at arrival.
4. How much is shipping?
Powrdeck charges a flat freight shipping rate of $299 per order, regardless of product size or weight.
5. Where do you ship?
We ship to all states in the continental United States, except:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses
Freight shipments require a physical street address.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all secure major payment methods including:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Discover
- Secure debit card payments
- Shop Pay / Klarna (if enabled)
- PayPal (if enabled)
Every payment is processed through encrypted channels for customer safety.
7. Are my payments secure?
Yes. Powrdeck uses encrypted SSL technology and secure payment gateways.
We never store full credit card information.
8. Will I pay sales tax?
No. Powrdeck does not charge U.S. sales tax on any orders.
9. Can I return a product?
Yes, you may return eligible products that are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Important details:
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery
- A 25% restocking fee applies due to high freight, inspection, and handling costs
- Customer is responsible for return freight shipping
- Used, assembled, or operated equipment cannot be returned

10. What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your freight shipment arrives damaged:
- Inspect the equipment before signing the delivery receipt
- If damaged, refuse the shipment
- Note the damage with the driver
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos
Once a shipment is signed as “received in good condition,” damage claims become difficult to approve.
11. What is your warranty policy?
Most products sold by Powrdeck come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically covering:
- Engine defects
- Structural failures
- Manufacturer workmanship issues
Warranty terms vary by product brand.
Powrdeck assists with warranty claim guidance but manufacturers ultimately provide the repairs or replacement parts.
Customers are responsible for transporting equipment to an authorized service center unless otherwise stated.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before they ship.
Once an order has been handed to the freight carrier, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return policy applies.
13. Will the carrier deliver inside my garage or driveway?
Freight companies provide curbside delivery only.
This means the driver will drop the item at the closest accessible point but will not:
- Bring it indoors
- Assemble the equipment
- Transport it down a long driveway
- Move it onto your property
You are responsible for moving the item after delivery.
14. How will I know when my order is arriving?
The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment.
This is required for oversized freight deliveries.
