How We Handle Backorders

If an item is placed on backorder:

  • Customers are notified within 48 hours
  • Estimated availability is provided
  • Customers may choose to wait or cancel
  • No charges are processed for unavailable items unless otherwise stated
  • Delays from Manufacturers

Powrdeck is not responsible for manufacturer supply chain delays, production halts, or inventory shortages.

If delays exceed estimated timelines, customers may request cancellation.
