How We Handle Backorders
If an item is placed on backorder:
- Customers are notified within 48 hours
- Estimated availability is provided
- Customers may choose to wait or cancel
- No charges are processed for unavailable items unless otherwise stated
- Delays from Manufacturers
Powrdeck is not responsible for manufacturer supply chain delays, production halts, or inventory shortages.
If delays exceed estimated timelines, customers may request cancellation.
