Powrdeck – Kofel Services & Repairs LLC

Powrdeck makes every effort to ensure customers receive their equipment in excellent condition. Due to the nature of large machinery and freight shipping, our return policy reflects the high cost of transportation, inspection, and restocking.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted for:

  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Damaged items (reported immediately at delivery)
  • Non-defective items (customer remorse), subject to restocking fee

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used equipment
  • Fuel-operated equipment that has been gassed or run
  • Custom orders
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Equipment damaged by user operation

Restocking Fee

A 1% restocking fee applies to returns of non-defective equipment.
This fee covers:

  • Freight return transportation
  • Inspection
  • Repackaging
  • Manufacturer processing costs

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping for non-defective equipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Damage Reporting Procedure

Damage must be reported on the freight bill at the time of delivery, otherwise freight claims cannot be processed.
